最全簽證攻略 | 充分巧用澳洲簽證，三天下籤日本三年多次往返簽證，布里斯班辦理

在澳洲工作以後，時不時會翻出日曆計劃怎麼利用公共假期和年假出遊。無意間翻到從去年開始，可以直接在布里斯班辦理日本三年多次往返簽證，並且所需材料十分簡單，便毫不猶豫去遞啦。

日本領事館分別在堪培拉，悉尼，布里斯班，凱恩斯，珀斯和墨爾本設有辦事處。這裡附上我在布里斯班辦事處的申請過程，其他地方應該都是差不多的。

1. Chinese citizens which sufficient financial capability/substantially high income

2. Visa applicants are accepted only from residents in Queensland
. 申請人必須在昆士蘭州長期居住

3. Only those with a long-term resident status in Australia can apply: Resident Return Visa, Temporary Resident Visa (Work,Provisional Resident)
. 申請人需持有合法的長期澳洲簽證(如永居，485工作籤等，旅遊籤及學生籤不適用）

💗 必須提交
1. A valid passport (MRP / e-passport in compliance with the ICAO standard only)
一本有效護照

2. Valid Australian visa (print out of VEVO)
從VEVO列印澳洲簽證證明

3. One completed visa application form
一份資訊完整的簽證申請表（官網可以下載）

4. One recent passport photograph (taken within the last 6 months)(Australian standard size passport photo, 4.5cm x 3.5 cm)

5. A letter of explanation stating the reason of applying for the multiple-entry visa
一封陳述信，說明為什麼申請多次往返籤

6. Two or more of the following documents to substantiate your financial capacity(following documents must include your full name)
財力證明，提供以下三項中至少兩項，材料需顯示個人全名:
a. Bank statement (savings) for the last 6 months 列印近6個月的銀行流水
b. Copy of recent payslips or letter of employment which show your annual income 列印近期工資單或在職證明，材料中需顯示年薪
c. Notice of assessments from the ATO, which show your annual income 列印澳洲稅務局的評稅通知，材料中需顯示年薪

7. Flight schedule. If you have already planed your next trip to Japan: If you are travelling through another country before you visit Japan, a full flight schedule is required starting from Australia, not only the flight itinerary to and from Japan; If you haven’t purchase your tickets, please type your intended flight schedule.
機票行程單。如果你已經預訂好日本旅行行程：如果你需要途徑其他國家飛往日本，你完整的機票行程需要包括澳大利亞飛往其他國家的行程，不只是最後飛往和離開日本的機票；如果你還沒有購買機票，提供大概的預期機票行程即可

8. The proof of relationship such as Marriage certificate or Birth certificate if the applicant is applied along with the spouse or children. (English translation is necessary when it’s written in other languages.)
如果帶上配偶或者孩子申請，申請人需提交結婚證嗎或孩子出生證明，若材料為其他語言，需附上英文翻譯件）

9. A visa for the next country that your will visit after Japan(If applicable).
如果您在遊玩完日本後需前往其他國家，可能需要提供前往該國的簽證。

🤹‍♀️材料申請小貼士

1. 🎏申請表：領事館工作人員服務特別贊，可以提前儘量填全資訊，拿不準的地方可以先空著在工作人員指導下現場填。

2. 照片：工作人員會真的扣6個月近照這一要求，我帶過去的照片不合格，趕緊去附近的Ausutralian Post郵局現照了一份照片，當天下午趕在使館下班前補遞的。

3. 陳述信：我寫了一頁A4紙不到，大概就是寫了之前去日本玩去了哪裡，接下來計劃何時去日本，會去哪些地方，吃什麼玩什麼。

4. 財力證明：據說有人寫信問過領館多少收入算高收入，但是沒有收到確定數目，應該是看個人的綜合情況而給不同的年限。大家反映在澳洲平均收入都符合高收入的範圍。如果有在澳洲房產車子的證明也可以一起提交。基本上出的都是三年籤，很少給到五年籤。我只交了6個月流水和工資單，材料沒有問題。

5. 機票行程單：官網的材料裡面並沒有寫這一項，去到使館，工作人員給出的清單裡卻含了這一項。我在郵局拍完照片後，直接去officework隨意寫了10天的行程安排，列印好帶過去一起交了。行程寫的特別隨意，因為陳述信寫到12月想去北海道滑雪，基本上就是按照日期在表格排了一下布里斯班-東京，東京-北海道，北海道-布里斯班的行程，住宿交通及具體行程都沒寫出來。

💗簽證費及簽證辦理時間：
核對完材料之後，工作人員連護照一起收起來了，給了一個回執我。我週一下午遞交的，她告知我週四就可以過來帶上回執取護照。取護照時才付簽證費，三年多次籤費用為72澳幣。需要留意下，這裡只收現金喲。

以防撲空，我週四早上還是打了個電話去使館，工作人員說可以取了。

三天下籤，三年多次往返簽證順利到手！
