秋高氣爽，樹葉斑斕。
10月7日週五晚上在Saginaw吃晚飯，一派工業城市沒落後蕭條的景象。餐廳是Pasong’s Cafe (114 N Michigan Ave, Saginaw, MI 48602). 女老闆非常熱情，自我介紹是從寮國來的第二代移民。推薦雞肉沙拉，加的醬料很美味並且雞肉和蔬菜都分量很足；服務員是推銷的一把好手，一落座就問我們想要什麼飲料，然後不歇氣兒地把hot tea, ice tea, soft drink, hot coffee, ice coffee都報了一遍；有人在彈電子琴。從停車場走到餐館的路上碰到一群cosplayer，晚上10點之後就不要在街上游蕩了。

電視里正好在放UMich at Rutgers的比賽，放眼望去都是穿著UM衣服或戴著大黃色M標誌帽子的人，最終比分是78-0，感覺在上半場就已經失去懸念啦。
